Natasha is the Don Bradman of selling house's She got us an amazing price, but this is not the reason I would give her. Such high praise. She walked into my house and was one of the first agents to do so she made me feel so comfortable. I never felt like we had to sell our house. I felt like she was just there to give us some advice. I connected with her immediately. She was also the cheapest she explained her marketing so well she explained why she wanted to do things a certain way and was incredibly helpful in getting our house ready for marketing Then she sold our house in 5 day it went up on realestate.com on the Thursday and was sold on the photo on Tuesday I thought this is where this would end but no she has been amazing. She has helped us with every further step not just in the selling side she’s helped us in the buying side. Happy to give his opinion to read section 32 for us and made us feel like we were part of her family As we are really close to actually moving out of our home, she has helped us with everything else She also has incredible knowledge of the Lara area and I believe that she would have this knowledge in other areas but as a Lara local if you sell your house with anybody else, you are crazy She actually knows all the schools all the shops sporting clubs and things like this in Lara when I have been to other open for inspections and asked about these things people can’t tell you ask Natasha about Lara.
