A very good communicator, a tyro

Tyran was very willing to engage in discussion with us about property trends, over and above those concerning our property. He communicated with us in clear and concise terms and left us in no doubt about the selling process and our respective roles in that process. The marketing strategy was very effective, with the property selling in around a month.
