We recently sold our family home in Coomera Waters, After inviting several local Real Estate Agents to provide valuations and sales strategies we elected to go with HBA, this was largely due to the professionalism, local knowledge and general first impressions of Mark, Through Mark's network we had multiple offers on our home in the first week of advertising, after considering all offers we accepted one which was significantly over the advertised asking price, on a subsequent viewing the purchaser withdrew their offer for reasons unknown, within 2 hours of this event Mark had secured another offer which was $25,000 higher than the original offer, the sale process went without a hitch after that.
