Water is included but you will need to arrange your own electricity connection. There is no separate internet connection so you would need to run of your own portable internet device. The added Bonus is no gardening required for this property, very low maintenance!
This is a stand alone studio, 1 of 4 on the property with a main house also located onsite, you have one car park included; please note: carpark is not situated right beside your studio, it is a short distance away. There is plumbing on the front verandah to hook up a washing machine also
