Amazing agents, so happy I moved my property over to Helen Munro! Their communication is fantastic!

I recently purchased an investment property and was recommended to use another property management business. Our property wasn’t renting and the communication was poor even with my constant attempts to understand any issues with the property and feedback from prospective tenants. After months of frustration and an empty property I contacted Helen Munro and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They visited my property that afternoon with a comprehensive list of issues that were likely putting off tenants eg. windows didn’t close, cooktop not working, A/C's not working etc etc. None of these issues were highlighted to me by the other agent even with my constant calls to understand any problems to resolve them apart from we should get the grass cut! Unbelievable! Kate and Julie have been SO helpful identify the issues, organising trades and keeping me updated on any issues and progress throughout with calls and emails. I can't thank the staff at Helen Munro enough for their prompt attention to our property which is now rented. Thank you so much!! If I could I would give you 10 stars ;-) Thanks team!
