Michele is an excellent communicator and, importantly a great listener. She was respectful of our wishes/needs and, she basically project managed the entire experience for the purchase of a home and, the sale of our existing home. Michele’s contacts, access to resources and organisational skills were outstanding - from getting contractors in prior to sale, maintaining the property whilst empty to ensuring everything was in perfect order on settlement. Michele arranged a wide range of open inspection options and, took individual interested parties through outside of scheduled opens. I could not have asked for more and, in fact, feel Michele actually went above and beyond any expectations we had. Absolutely reccomend
