About Tanya

As Senior Property Manager with Henzells Agency, Tanya is responsible for managing investment properties and liaising between owners and tenants to ensure a smooth experience for all parties. An experienced local real estate professional, she offers strong communication and organisational skills and a capacity to build rapport with clients. Tanya’s approach to property management is defined by honesty, accountability and the ability to listen. Formerly from New Zealand, Tanya settled on the Sunshine Coast in 2011, falling in love with the beaches and outdoors lifestyle. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach with her dog, camping and yoga.

About Mikaela

Mikaela is highly motivated with exceptional experience in the Real Estate Industry. Upon graduation of year 12, Mikaela commenced her career in Property Management at the age of 17. After completing a Certificate III in Business Administration in a family owned and operated Real Estate in Maroochydore, Mikaela knew that Property Management was a job that she could tackle! Fast forward 5 years and Mikaela has excelled and developed many skills necessary to be confident and capable in all areas of Property Management. Mikaela holds a strong passion for Real Estate and she strives to do her very best. Mikaela is honest, friendly, reliable and a hard working person. She is very customer and client focused and also enjoys helping people as well as learning new skills continuing to improve her workplace practice. Mikaela understands the importance of a good Property Manager and endeavours to keep both Landlords and Tenants happy through regular communication. Mikaela chose Henzells Agency to further her career and to get more familiar with her town of residence. She looks forward to meeting new people and advancing her skills and knowledge.

About Julie

Julie started with Henzells Agency in 2005. Her current roles include Trust Account Officer for the Rentals team and Group Payroll Officer. With nearly 20 years experience in accounting and payroll in various industries, Julie is in her element in these roles. Having worked in various roles and offices within Henzells, Julie has a great knowledge and understanding of the whole business and enjoys the variety that everyday in the real estate industry has to offer. In 2009, Julie was awarded the Special Achievement Award for her contribution to the business and in 2016 was presented with the Judy Henzell “All Rounder” Award. Julie has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

Tanya Jimmieson is a fantastic senior property manager, very diligent and reliable, and Caitlin Allen has also proven to be excellent in the recent vital role of getting my investment house re-tenanted. I would highly recommend these two ladies as property managers.

Very happy with Henzells

Lesley and I were very happy with the whole process It was very thorough and some of the requirements were hard for us to meet because we had just moved from NZ but the whole Henzells team were very helpful and got us into a very nice house
