Got the job done

We sought to sell our property at Kings Beach. Clare was very steady and consistent throughout the whole process. This was done over the federal election when the market was very quiet. Despite this, Clare and her team worked hard throughout. She worked very well with our tenant who lived there throughout the process. Once the election was over, the sale came through at a price that we were happy with. Clare is very easy to talk to. Buyers would like her and I believe this will assist with the outcome of a sale at a good price. She communicated clearly, gave realistic expectations and was always professional and efficient. I would certainly engage her again if I were to sell another property.
