Nothing has been too much trouble for Eric. We signed up to sell our Caloundra Townhouse with an auction at the end of the four week program. Eric managed to secure two (2) keen buyers one of which came to the party with an acceptable offer which we accepted. The were conditions attached to the offer which we relatively minor and Eric arranged for a Tradesman to quote and eventually proceed with the repairs to our satisfaction. All in all Eric has been clear and transparent with all aspects of our dealings and were are extremely happy with extra effort put in by Eric considering that we live in Perth WA.
