I have been a landlord for 10 years and I must say that Heritage Realty is by far the best company I have dealt with to manage my rental property. I had a couple of very unfortunate experiences with previous agents, including an instance where my rental house was trashed and deemed uninhabitable for almost 6 months. That property is now all fixed and tenants have renewed their lease several times and are maintaining the property and willing to pay more as the market allows. This has been taken care of with minimal input from myself and all for a reasonable price. Heritage Realty have handled and communicated very effectively in every instance that has arisen. They are great with tenants too and have a speedy channel between me and the tenants when I need to act fast to approve any maintenance. This has been done mostly via email as I live/work overseas. They have managed specialist jobs needing several contractors to trace and fix leaks as well as ceiling works and also following up with insurance builders on poor workmanship and followup repairs. I cannot overstate how fantastic Heritage Realty and their dedicated team is. Thank you for continuing to provide the best landlord experience I have ever had!
