About Paul

Paul was then asked by the head office of Belle Property to set up a franchise in Darwin which he operated for 5 years, after which decided to open the fully localized independent agency, HERON PROPERTY, to better serve the local needs of clients with NT properties. Originally from Hobart and after years living abroad in Ireland and Scotland, Paul began his real estate career in Melbourne acquiring superior training and experience before choosing to finally settle and call Darwin home in 2007, with his wife Maureen and 2 children. Paul has an authentic interest in both historical and contemporary tropical architecture. He also appreciates that every site and home has a fascinating story to tell - be it one of national, local, or personal significance. Long standing Darwin locals value Paul’s respect for the ‘old Darwin’ and its unique ways, whilst he also highly supports Darwin maturing in a creatively viable and coherent manner. Paul is the best

Paul is the best. Paul is a lovely person, easy to communicate with and very transparent and trustworthy. Paul has managed the rental of my apartment as well as the sale. Both times, Paul has gotten a price higher than I had expected and made the process quick, straightforward and easy. Paul Herron Property is a very professional and ethical business who have an excellent open and honest communication style. They provided timely expert advice in preparing our house for sale organising exceptional photographs and a video and high-quality sale boards. We were provided with and guided through a strong and very effective marketing strategy based on Paul Herron's expert knowledge of the market. Paul was very accurate in his predictions regarding the time the house would need to be on the market to be sold at our desired price. Great communicator, very professional and very genuine.

Paul delivered outstanding communication and professionalism both in managing leasing and sales.
