Excellent Estate Agent

Peter Hess was the estate agent on our recent purchase in Wallen, Victoria. From the outset, he was flexible, approachable, and always kept us informed of the progress of the transaction. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and answered our numerous questions. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. After all was said and done he dropped by, during our first evening in our new home, just to see how we had fared during the actual move. We did mention that we were having a bit of an issue hooking up to our wifi. He took the time to inspect the modem, input some info, and get us up and running. Seems like the man is multi-talented. Not only a real estate agent, but able to do just about anything.

Gail Kendrick is the best

Gail sold our property in Broadford this year (2025). She was extremely professional and also so kind, caring and friendly. Her knowledge of the market and houses was very helpful and made selling our house easier. I would highly recommend Gail and Hess real estate to sell your house. I’d definitely use them again if I needed to sell a property.

Our place was different, and in our view, it needed to be matched to an agent with a particular interest in the areas the property had to offer. Peter has experience in many areas of life - all aiding to his ability as an excellent realestate agent. His interest to understand what our property had to offer, landscaping and plant knowledge, coupled with the zest to find a prospective buyer, was the right fit for us. To fully reveal the property’s attributes and therefore price, it was going to take time to find the right buyer. Peter’s tenacity achieved this to our absolute satisfaction.
