Securing a new tenant at short notice

The existing tenants gave the minimum notice for their intention to move out. Tegan was onto it faster than a ferret down a rabbit hole!! She very quickly organised and advertised an inspection on the forthcoming Saturday morning. As a result, we secured a tenant with a good rental history and references. Thanks to Tegan, our apartment will be vacant for one week only between tenancies. Thanks Tegan, you did a great job!
