Unit 12 / 22-26 Allison Rd Cronulla - Sourcing new tenant

Jasmine Hill of Highland Property Agents did a great job of sourcing a new tenant for our apartment when our existing (long standing) tenant advised of their need to break the lease at less than the standard notice period on 17/12/19. Hence, the lease break notification was received a week out from Christmas, a time when the great majority of people are focused on matters other than finding a rental. Despite the Christmas / New Year break, Jasmine was able to organise and attend an open house inspection of the apartment on Saturday 4 January 2020 with 23 interested parties registered of whom 14 attended. Though our rental price is on the higher side in the present South Cronulla market, Jasmine was able to source an excellent new tenant without any loss of rental income i.e. a seamless transition from the existing to the new tenant without a period of nil occupancy. This was a fantastic outcome given the holiday break and current soft economic conditions. Jasmine demonstrated a real commitment to customer service with her prompt communications and follow through action. A great effort!! Thanks Jasmine.
