A Gymea Rental

In late 2022 and early 2023 the rental market had gone insane, and every time my daughter and I inspected a property to rent, there were many people also trying to find a place, just like us. We were starting to feel that we would never be accepted into a place before my daughter started uni, which was our plan. Highland property was very busy, and we were able to inspect 5 properties in one Saturday that fit our criteria. The agent was very professional, prompt, respectful and human. He remembered us later in the next week and checked if we were still interested in a particular property, and a few days later he confirmed that we had been accepted. We were so relieved that we did not have to compromise on our wish-list, and we were recognised as good, long-term tenants, and it takes professionals to recognise these qualities.
