Communication Responsiveness Professionalism

Have you ever contacted your property manager only to find that week's then months go by with no response and you wonder have they been abducted by aliens. In the meantime, the hole in the roof is getting bigger, mould has taken over and a family of rats has ensconced themselves on your couch and taken control of your remote. Well, this has not been my experience. From inspection to application, it has been a seamless process with Highland Double Bay due to Oscar and Liz. They are present and here for you, excellent communication, prompt responses to help with any issues or concerns. The team at Highland go above and beyond to ensure your tenancy is a positive and enjoyable one. You feel valued and respected as a tenant. No more gazing up at the night sky going "where are you, please come back." From my experience as a tenant, I highly recommend Highland Double Bay.
