Great with signing lease process but communication needs to improve

Signing up a new tenant has been very straight forward and easy process with good advice however following up tradies and invoices as well as responding to emails needs improvement.

Easy process

We had a very smooth and straightforward experience receiving all the information before signing the lease. As we’ve only just moved in, I can’t comment on communication yet. However, the onboarding process was excellent, and the app they use to manage rent and requests is very user-friendly. It’s great having all the information in one place.
