•From the start I found staff engaging and easy to communicate with, the responsiveness is something that differentiated them from other realestates. As a result I was able to identify and lock-in my next residence. The app they partnered with is easy to use & cuts out a lot of the paperwork, although it did include engaging on my behalf with a company to organise the change in utilities with (I corrected that easily enough though). Since then my manager has been available, patient and transparent. There’s been a few auto-messages received by me that were in-error, but any confusion was promptly worked through. I’ve not yet dealt with the maintenance/inspection/end of term aspects yet- but the front end has been mainly positive to this point.
