Two months into the lease, their service is great!

Angie from Highland Inner West is our property manager and so far she and her organisation has been very responsive, helpful and promptly coordinates with the owner for repairs, etc so it has been minimum hassle for the tenants. What I would suggest for the Agency itself is to arrange an induction package custom to the property regarding main appliances, etc e.g. things to note, user manuals, etc so the transition is easier. Currently, the induction package covers urgent repairs, etc. It does not include any info on operation of appliances in the property which could be extremely helpful. Overall, it's been great and I would recommend the Highland Inner West. The app is easy to use and quite helpful as well.
