The reason people hate real estate agents

Had great difficulties with this agent with regard to return of bond due to spurious "cleaning and additional fees". Despite the property being left in immaculate condition. When this was disputed and put through RBO, Highland still attempted to unlawfully direct debit money from me on FOUR separate occasions. Money they were not entitled to. Luckily my rental bond was returned to me, only after they waited the full 14day period. But during this period they emailed me numerous times to try and bully and cooerce me into paying these ridiculous additional fees. Even after the bond was returned, I continue to get emails from this "agent" stating I have money owing. I have rented around Sydney for more than 15 years and this team is honestly the worst real estate i've ever encountered. These people possess all of the worst qualities of real estate agents. They prove exactly why they're not to be trusted and why people universally despise real estate agents. Avoid like the plague.
