Reliable, responsive and Easy to Work With

We’ve had a great experience working with our agent, Joe. He’s consistently responsive and quick to action requests from us (the landlord) and our tenants which makes ownership much easier to manage. Most recently when a long-term tenant moved out, he handled the re-tenancy process efficiently and with clear communication throughout. The property was re-leased quickly with no gap in rental income, which we really appreciated. Joe is dependable and super easy to work with.
