Samantha has been a joy to work with. Firstly, Sam is very prompt and it became clear immediately that she has an enormous understanding of the Southern Highlands rental market and also the ever changing rules and regs of the rental world. As first time investors, I felt extremely comfortable with Sam's advice and useful trade contacts. We were fortunate to have a quick leasing period with multiple tenant options put forward but even before we were advertised online, Sam was able to introduce the property to 3 or 4 potential candidates in the area that she had a existing relationship with - which I was very impressed by. Sam's service has been impeccable but she truly outdid herself when my 5 year old son, left his sleep toy in the property just before being rented out. Sam not only returned the toy personally to us (in Sydney) but also wrote a beautiful short story with pictures of "Monkey's" adventures in the Highlands. 10/10 doesn't cover it.
