Seamless end to end service and a great outcome - What a team!

A special thanks to Jonathan and his team Breanna and Will for providing us an exceptional level of service throughout the whole campaign and all the commitment and hard work they put into achieving a great outcome for us. We knew it was going to be difficult to sell our property for the price we wanted in the current market (buyer driven) conditions and we needed an Agency/Agent that was prepared to go above and beyond. Jono and his team did exactly that and called 130+ qualified buyers from their database before the campaign started to maximise the amount of buyers that inspected our home. This resulted in getting 2 interested buyers competing with each other within the first 2 weeks and we sold for a great price in the third week. Jono and his team made us feel like we were the only vendors they were selling for, despite them managing approx 10 other properties for sale at the same time! The communication and weekly reporting was amazing and they helped make a stressful event much more manageable through the service they provided.
