Sold off market in a week

When we decided to sell our apartment we were not in a rush so asked Steve to sell off market for a while Never in a million years did we expect the first person Steve brought to see the apartment bought it That’s the beauty of Steve, even though there was no marketing or cost of photos etc Steve had the contacts to be able to bring the right buyers through That is the sign of a good agent , one who knows the market well and knows where to find the buyers.
