When we engaged Brett he had sound knowledge of the market. We sensed that Brett was so confident that he knew what needed to be done to sell our home that we left it to him to suggest the true sale price and take control of selling our house. Prior to listing the house Brett took his time to complete a walk through and discuss any aspects that needed touching up to achieve a successful outcome. We did exactly what he said and he even followed up to do a final walk through prior to engagement. Brett contacted us within hrs of listing the property and advised that he wished to show it the next day. We were amazed at Brett's ability to bring through some potential buyers and within 24hrs we had a signed contract with a sale value above our expectations.
