Hinchinbrook Real Estate Property Manager Kaci Newman has not looked back since commencing her career in North Queensland in 2020. Graduating from Ingham State High School in 2019, the born-and-bred local sports star is a REIQ-qualified real estate saleswoman with a focus on property management. Ms Newman is a well-known identity in Hinchinbrook with an extensive network of clients and prospective tenants for both residential and commercial properties. The real estate professional has an eye toward moving into property sales.

Hinchinbrook Real Estate has been the industry leader in the lower Cassowary Coast region for more than 30 years, specialising in residential and commercial property management, sales, storage and holiday leasing. Established and based in Cardwell by Lindsay and Jennifer Hallam in 1992, the business has grown to become the most trusted and professional boutique real estate agency in the North Queensland region. With an eye to seamless succession on behalf of its expansive client base, Lindsay and Jennifer employed Tamara Stokes more than 10 years ago. The highly respected Cardwell-based businesswoman purchased the real-estate business in 2022 and has set herself the ambitious goal of expansion into new North Queensland and state markets. Mrs Stokes and property-management executive Kaci Newman are committed to restoring Cardwell as one of the jewels in the Queensland tourism crown.

Service - amazing!
