It is pretty traumatic selling your family home after 32 years. We did all the right things and got three agents to talk to us and choose Greg Ramsey because he stuck to facts and didn’t bore us to death with unnecessary information. Other factors were Hinterland is a local business, his fees were little lower, the upfront costs were lower as they did not include gimmicky extras which were for show rather than aiding the sale. It was not the easiest time to sell a house with banks not being generous with loans etc. Throughout the process Greg provided sound advice, listened and took our concerns on board. He and his staff, including Maree, Tom and office staff, kept as fully informed and to what was happening. We always felt Hinterland were working on our behalf and we ending up selling for a fair price in the current market. Thanks Greg, thanks Hinterland. We would recommend you to anyone wishing to sell their property. Keep up the good work as it is really appreciated.
