It is pretty traumatic selling your family home after 32 years. We did all the right things and got three agents to talk to us and choose Greg Ramsey because he stuck to facts and didn’t bore us to death with unnecessary information. Other factors were Hinterland is a local business, his fees were little lower, the upfront costs were lower as they did not include gimmicky extras which were for show rather than aiding the sale.
