Warren - Local knowledge, professional and friendly

Warren introduced himself and immediately made us feel that we could trust him. He had personal knowledge of the area where we lived and could give a history of the development of the area. Warren helped us to get a feel for the market by supplying information about other comparable properties in the area that had sold recently and what price they had sold for. He then suggested ways that we could prepare our property for sale, which we used to our advantage. Warren always phoned beforehand to set up a convenient time for a viewing and advised us of the age group of each viewer and what they were looking for in a property. After each inspection, he would relay any positive or negative comments from the viewers that might help us to understand what buyers were looking for in a property. When Covid-19 hit, Warren advised us of all the precautions that he and his company would be taking when bringing people through our property and this was before official restrictions were given out from the Government. He always made us feel confident that our health and safety was important to him. Warren was always friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Warren to any potential sellers.
