Just a big WOW!

Kess, Graham and Danielle were a fantastic team, giving us initially great information and advice, and then providing excellent service and feedback, PLUS doing all those extra things that customers often need, but rarely get from their agents. Kess and Graham are true professionals, who know their market and their area, so when advising us they were spot on with that advice. Together with their professionalism they both had those rare commodities, that are so lacking in many professionals, empathy and consideration. But, and it is an important but, Kess is a gentle woman, who was always polite and considerate with us, and yes,tolerant too. BUT, when it came to the buyers ( yes we were selling) she was a strong negotiator who took no nonsense from those who tried to railroad her. A champion is both senses. Danielle, Kess's so reliable offsider, was such a great communicator who responded to our many queries and requests instantly, and undertook all we asked with a warm friendly smile. Sounds like I am describing the Dream Team? Well I am, as they ticked every box and then some for us.
