All Class. Grace under Pressure.

Despite owning a sensational large acreage property, it was a difficult sell. An oversized hobby farm could be one description. The combination of a modern contemporary architecturally designed home together with medium to large acreage and equestrian facilities meant that there were very few buyers for exactly what was on offer. We had tried another very good agent for twelve months beforehand but we felt something was missing. Such a large house and property has many moving parts and as such many positives but some negatives. Graham was able to placate buyer concern on these with much professionalism. From day one we felt confident that Graham would sell our property. Graham encouraged us to get our own valuation and at no stage did he apply any pressure to lower our target price. Graham has an uncanny ability to assess any buyer type, and has a likeable, affable demeanour that fits with a wide spectrum of buyers. He has an "antenna" for the truth or otherwise when it comes to buyer comments. He acts quickly when necessary and left no stone unturned when a buyer showed a mere flicker of interest. Feedback and communication was the best we have experienced in the several property sales we have endured. Graham Smith at Hinternoosa is all class. Experienced and confident, yet he certainly is not one of those "annoying" pushy agents. Grace under pressure is another description of his modus operandi. We had more than a couple of difficult situations arise from external events and Graham took them in his stride, humoured us and calmed our farm. Graham sold our property in just a few months despite a minimal marketing budget. We would not hesitate in recommending Graham for selling or buying any type of property. Michael & Sarah
