Professional, knowledgeable, no Bullsh!t

We engaged Caroline to market our PEREGIAN SPRINGS investment property in December 2020. Caroline's assessment of the property and the market was spot on. Her marketing plan was conservative (no added unnecessary extras) and effective. The market was running very hot and Caroline managed to balance numerous inspections with keeping our tenants on-side, including "FaceTime" walk-throughs for interstate buyers. Within days of listing Caroline had secured an offer that was $20k above our listing "from" price. Throughout the process her communication was frequent and detailed, but not excessive. Caroline was fastidious with contract paperwork, avoiding potential hiccups with settlement. Under normal circumstances we would be impressed, but COVID and the fact we were Perth-based were added complicators Caroline's approach mitigated. Caroline's friendly nature and sense of humour also made her a joy to deal with. We would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking to sell in the greater Peregian area.
