A through professional with high standards, strong work ethic and client orientated strategies.

Lian took on my rented unit when I wanted to sell it in 2019 which could be best described as a challenge to sell. Expectations were proven to be correct, however Lian persevered and we finally achieved a sale result after several months. Her professionalism was outstanding, following up all contacts ascertaining their circumstances to see if there was anyway she may provide advice to assist them to make a contract. Always courteous and punctual. Lian 's market knowledge was comprehensive and focused, facts not dreams, which I appreciated. She provided guidance as to what was a realistic price to sell at and this was proven to be correct. Lian is a good communicator with phone calls and emails as appropriate, she also organised that I received a weekly progress report, which I found useful. I have purchased and sold several properties so my expectations about my real estate agent are founded on several buy and sale experiences. Lian didn't disappoint me and it was a pleasure to have her acting in my best interest. I am happy to say she is the best real estate agent I have dealt with and I would recommend her to any owner.
