After hours work on a Friday
Jane called me on a friday afternoon close to 5pm to ensure I had everything I needed for monday. She went the extra mile to ensure additional keys were cut and other matters dealt with. I believe she's working after hours to do so. This level of service is very refreshing. Thank you Jane!
