Entry into the Lease was great, just don't ask for anything

We had a fantastic experience with Mitch & Oona. The lease preparation team made the entire renting process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly easy. Communication was always prompt and professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made a real difference. I appreciate their gentle reminders and friendly advice. Then we moved in and asked for a few improvements to the property and was introduced to an unprofessional and unhelpful side of the team. Being told nothing could change as it was a strata.
