Karl Hockey Review

I am a solicitor and so have had a significant amount of contact with real estate agents over the years - I was especially impressed with Karl Hockey and his experienced team when looking for and acquiring a property recently. Karl was always quick and always open when responding to my requests and had all the relevant facts concerning areas, prices and rentals immediately available. Karl would always make himself available to answer enquiries or to show properties or to assist in the process when dealing with valuers, etc. My recommendation extends to the ongoing situation of the rental of the property - I have found Karl and his rental team to be equally efficient in dealing with rental issues and liaising with the tenants and certainly as to the financial accounting side of the rental. Emma Stephan

As a solicitor I get to deal with many real estate agents. My recent personal experience in negotiating and buying a unit with Emma Stephan representing the vendor was made so much easier with the assistance of Emma. She was always available either to take my phone calls or for me to arrive at her office for another inspection. Emma also had all the relevant information concerning the property at hand and was extremely knowledgeable concerning the local area and other properties for sale.
