Rewarding from a Range of Angles

Classically comfortable behind a façade that reflects a Federation era influence, this rewarding two bedroom residence provides first home buyers, downsizers and investors with several reasons to celebrate its spaces and its setting. Perfectly positioned for those who value both location and lifestyle, this address delivers effortless access to the very best of Williamstown. The low-maintenance flooring of the living area and the brick paved proportions of the courtyard, with an awning, create a welcoming indoor-outdoor combination that's complemented by a separate dining space and an adjacent kitchen defined by galley format efficiency and striking cabinetry. Two double bedrooms, each with built-in robes, share a bathroom where pristine presentation enhances its appeal and a separate laundry adds to the amenity of the design. A low-stress, high success address, with a garage and driveway parking, this ideal property counts freedom from Body Corporate costs and proximity to Rifle Range shopping, North Williamstown station, parklands, and cafes amongst its exceptional additional advantages.

It’s very stressful buying a home and I’d been looking for over 18 months. It was sheer luck that I saw the listing for Williamstown and once I’d driven past I felt it was an area I’d love to live. I couldn’t make the open house so I called Julian for a private inspection. He missed getting lunch because he let me take my time which went over an hour. And then I had a second lengthy inspection. He knew a lot about the area and was very transparent about the circumstances surrounding this sale process. Julian answered my endless questions with generosity. We did the deal in an evening. Julian also gave me some referrals for services and trades once I move in. I am so happy with my new home made all the more enjoyable by a friendly and helpful real estate agent.
