Amazing agent who can do miracles

We listed our unit for sale not knowing how much we will get for it. George gave us a price guidance; however, we thought he just wanted us to trust him and believe he could sell it for a reasonable price. After first inspection I received a phone call from George advising of an unbelievable offer. I asked him, is this for real or a joke. He confirmed the offer is on the table and ready to be accepted.
