Initial price guide in the beginning was found...

Initial price guide in the beginning was found to be too high, as was the expected duration for the property to sell. This led to the property being on the market a lot longer than expected which was costly and not ideal (noting however the market was not as favorable at the time of sale) Communication was generally good; however, a more regular check-in, particularly after each open home, even if there was no good news to share would have preferred
