He understood this was a very special home with all it's minor details and knew how to convery that across which can often get missed. He listened to us carefully and was respectful of how much we would like to sell our house for, gave his recommendations and we came to a happy number. His work ethic has been outstanding throughout. We heard him to talk to potential buyers with respect and even showed potential buyers our home same day morning, afternoon and evenings so we don't miss an opportunity.
