Claire is very professional in her knowledge & guidance. A pleasure to work with.

On our first meeting, Claire listened to my wishes and gave me excellent advice about the best approach to selling my property. Her knowledge of the area and the current market made this process quite easy and straight forward. Her honesty and feedback was very appreciated as I truly believe she had my best interest going forward. The outcome was more than pleasing, selling my property from the first open house, getting the price I was happy with and the hassle free negotiations during this process. I have had previous experiences with Claire and she was my only choice when selling this property. Ultimate professional, excellent market knowledge who went above and beyond

Claire has been a stand-out professional in the real estate industry and part of the Shoalhaven community for a long time. On that reputation we met with her and one other agent to discuss selling the family home. From the outset I knew we’d chosen well, Claire was spot on in terms of property value and great value for money fee wise. She provided excellent advice in terms of touch ups and helping us ready the property for market. Her suggestions were smart, achievable for us in the time frame we had, as well as financially realistic. Then she connected us with a brilliant styling company that lifted the property to show its full potential. Her knowledge of the industry is in one word - superior. Our situation necessitated a difficult communication matrix which she navigated with ease. Her professional team didn’t miss a beat and the photos and marketing materials were all exquisite. Despite terrible timing from our end, getting to market just before Christmas, through a pretty uncertain market and a rate hike she still managed to generate great new leads, identified our buyer and had us settled by Feb. In short - if you’re looking for an excellent agent in the Shoalhaven and she can work with you grab it with both hands!
