Being a single mum often means I am stereotyped from the minute someone meets me. Mark was different; he took the time to get to know me and find out what I needed from him and his team. They set about marketing my home professionally and as aggressively as they could. I was given a planner calendar so I knew what to expect and when, and everything on that calendar happened on the day it was meant to. Just prior to the sale my dad had an unexpected quadruple bypass which meant I needed to stay with mum for three weeks and my plans were thrown completely off-schedule. During that time whenever Mark contacted me he always inquired about dad's progress. Mark must have realized that for a few weeks it was touch and go whether I would meet the deadline but he never exerted any pressure. I can't thank him more for the way he has dealt with my family and I. Currently, being in the market for another home, and dealing with many other agents, reinforces just how well-organised and reliable Mark has been. We were very lucky to find the right agent. My boys and I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for an expert to sell their home. He was AMAZING!
