From the first meeting I had with Andrew at the property I was impressed with his knowledge of not only the Mentone area but also adjoining areas, his views on the clientele the property would attract and his honesty re the price range. He also was most helpful in advising me on what, if any, improvements were necessary and how it would be marketed. Once I'd approved Hodges and specifically Andrew to go ahead, he maintained regular contact with updates and offers. I always felt confident in his ability to achieve the required sale and was delighted when this occurred in quick time and at a price towards the upper end of the agreed range. His professional approach could not be queried.
