I hadn't been a prospective tenant for many years, so I was a bit lost at 'how things worked nowadays'. I met Shelley at the Open For Inspection and she was very welcoming and informative. It was nice to have a real conversation with someone who wasn't watching the clock to get to their next (overbooked) appointment. Shelley and the Hodges team facilitated everything online, and I was never left wondering what I should be expecting next, or what to do at any stage. Things happened very quickly and smoothly, and I'm now in my new joint for the next phase of my life.
