Well what can I say? If you want to get the best results to rent your property, then Hodges Rye is the company for you. From the moment I contacted Julia Grant, I knew my property was in good hands. Her knowledge of the current rental market, her communication skills and professionalism, stood out way beyond my expectations. Julia had one inspection, in which 32 groups had a look at the property, and I couldn't be happier with the choice of tenants Julia recommended. Julia also helped me find a great cleaner to get the house ready for rental, as I am based in Melbourne and didn't have time to do a final clean. Hodges Rye also has a fantastic choice of trades people, that are not only reasonably priced, but they turn up on time and do a great job. So like I said "if you want great results" you need a great Real Estate Agency. I my opinion you can't go past Hodges Rye. And for rentals I strongly recommend Julia Grant and your go to person.
