Travis was on the case immediately and started communicating offers on three levels.

As stated. Travis had various contacts with Peninsula builders and that gave me a very clear picture of the market value of the block and its sale potential Cannot see this question. But, if it relates to the marketing strategy, every modern communication medium was used.
