Top class Property Management Service in all respects.

I recently had a change of tenant at my property at 6 Bath Street, Wembley. The rental of this property is managed by Edison McGrath Claremont. All aspects of this matter were handled very professionally by my Edison McGrath Property Manager, Magdalena Abad. Magdalena clearly has a very good understanding of the market in this area, as well as both the practical aspects of property management and the legal processes that are increasingly part of that activity. I was particularly impressed that although nine parties applied to lease the property, only one got through the filters which Magdalena applied. This indicates that the objective of accepting only the very best potential tenants has been very actively applied. During this process, Magdalena kept me informed at all stages of the process. I elected to plan a short tenant free period to carry out some maintenance work myself. During this time, Magdalena arranged quotes for other longer timeframe work in conjunction with me and the new tenants. In overall terms, Magdalena managed the departure of the previous tenants and the arrival of the new tenants very seamlessly and I would recommend her as a Property Manager to anybody currently looking to access a top-class Property Management service.
