Excellent service

A man fell off the Empire State Building. As he passed someone on the first floor they called out "How is everything going?" The falling man's reply was "All right so far." This has been my experience with EM. All right so far. We were going overseas for 11 weeks the day before our privately managed property was vacated by our tenant. I had hoped to be able to get another tenant privately but when it became apparent a few days before departure that this wasn't going to happen EM was suggested by a friend of ours. I contacted them on the Friday before our Tuesday departure. Because of the limited time available the letting agent offered to meet us at the property on Sunday morning. Above and beyond the call of duty! We agreed to engage EM. All the electronic documentation was prepared by Monday. A property inspection was organised for a few days later. The new tenants moved in the following Monday. As I said in the headline, "Excellent service." My partner said "You could not ask for anything better." We are very satisfied clients.
