Best agents I have

In six years of renting in Melbourne, Carl and James at Holland Price are the best agents I have come across by FAR. They are attentive and always contactable, even outside of 9-5 hours. If you have any issues, they listen genuinely and ensure the issue is resolved quickly. In my experience, rental agents typically view the agent-tenant relationship as adversarial and combative. Not these guys - they treat you like an actual person and are always a friendly, positive, and helpful. Couldn't recommend these guys more highly.
