As an overseas vendor, I was extremely fortunate to have Luke Frederickson recommended to me by friends. From start to finish, my build was a challenge, Luke acted on my behalf at handover, ensuring everything was completed and up to standard, he sorted out problems I never could have discovered myself, kept me constantly informed and organised all repair/replacement work to be completed immediately. The skills Luke displayed in negotiating with the buyers, keeping them updated through endless delays until settlement were impressive to say the least.
