Rohan Semmler's service went well above and beyond what we expected. His oversight and care of our vacant home, whenever he saw the opportunity, was exemplary. Arranging a final cleaning, watering our garden (even pulling some weeds!), having the lawn mowed, bringing in the rubbish bins, disposing of our unwanted furniture items, were just some of his willing gestures. Rohan's knowledge of the local market, plus his constant encouragement and feedback throughout the selling process was very comforting.
